1 总 则
为预防建设工程施工现场火灾，减少火灾危害，保护人身和财产安全，制定本标准。
本标准适用于新建、改建和扩建等各类建设工程施工现场的防火。
建设工程施工现场的防火，必须遵循国家有关方针、政策，针对不同施工现场的火灾特点，立足自防自救，采取可靠防火措施，做到安全可靠、经济合理、方便适用。
建设工程施工现场的防火，除应符合本标准的规定外，尚应符合国家现行有关标准的规定。
2 术 语
临时用房 Temporary construction
在施工现场建造的,为建设工程施工服务的各种非永久性建筑物，包括办公用房、宿舍、厨房操作间、食堂、锅炉房、发电机房、变配电房、库房等。
临时设施 Temporary facility
在施工现场建造的，为建设工程施工服务的各种非永久性设施，包括围墙、大门、临时道路、材料堆场及其加工场、固定动火作业场、作业棚、机具棚、贮水池及临时给排水、供电、供热管线等。
