[摘要] 目的通过对正常家兔注射复方丹参注射液,观察其对家兔凝血时间的影响方法耳缘静脉注射复方丹参注射液,观察并记录不同实验组的凝血时间结果各个实验组的凝血时间均呈现延长趋势,各实验组同空白组有显著差异,而实验组之间差异不明显结论丹参注射液会明显延长家兔的凝血时间;本实验中,浓度对其效果影响不大

[Abstract] Objective This research tries to observe the influence of Xiangdan Zhusheye on the clotting time of rabbits. Methods After ejecting rabbits with Xiangdan Zhusheye , observe the effects on rabbits pare the experiment models with contrasts. Results Clotting time of each experiment model has been prolonged in experiment models are different from those of blank are no evident difference among experiment models. Conclusions Xiangdan Zhusheye can clearly prolong the clotting time of rabbits;In these experiments,the concentration doesn’t clearly influence the effects.

1 引言
复方丹参注射液被广泛地运用与临床,其功能主要为行气活血、去瘀止血。主治:瘀血型心绞痛、心肌梗死等。处方组成为丹参、降香。
丹参可以使血液的粘稠度明显降低,具有抗血液凝固的作用,可抑制血小板功能以及凝血功能,促进纤溶活性,对体外血栓的形成也有抑制作用。
降香,有抗体外血栓形成的作用,使血栓减轻。降香挥发油及其芳香水可以明显抑制实验性血栓形成,对血浆纤溶酶活性有显著促进作用,提示有抗血栓作用。
