[摘要] 目的探索癫痫对不同年龄大鼠探索行为的影响。方法建立大鼠青霉素癫痫模型,用开场实验检测其探索行为。结果实验组大鼠的越格数明显增多,但实验组乳鼠越格数在后期实验中下降。结论成年鼠对癫痫损害敏感,乳鼠对癫痫损害有一定的耐受性。幼鼠的探索能力的近期受损是可逆的。

[Abstract] Objective To find out the effects of experimental epilepsy on exploring ability of rats of different ages. Methods Made epilepsy models of rats by injecting penicillin, then test the rats’ exploring ability using the open field method. Results Numbers of squares crossed by experimental rats increase obviously, but numbers of squares crossed by experimental sucking rats decrease in the late stage of the experiment. Conclusions Adult rats are sensitive to damage of epilepsy, but sucking rats are somewhat immune to damage of epilepsy. Recent damage of exploring ability of sucking rat is reversible.

引言
癫痫是以脑部神经元过渡放电所致的突然反复和暂时性的中枢神经系统功能失常为特征的慢性脑部疾病。我们通过开场实验观察实验性癫痫对大鼠的探索行为的影响。
材料和方法
动物选择和分组
将生后20d(P20,乳鼠),60d (P60,成年鼠) 的SD大鼠,分别随机分为实验组和对照组,每组6只。
药品及器材
青霉素,用生理盐水将其配成16万单位/mL。开场实验装置。
实验方法
实验组大鼠腹腔注射青霉 6×1000000单位/kg,建立癫痫模型,对照组腹腔注射生理盐水1mg/kg。在模型建立前后分别应用开
