一、资格条件
㈠学历资历条件

。其中，1975年1月1日以后出生的人员申报副教授任职资格原则上应具有硕士以上学位。申报教授任职资格时，同等条件下博士学位获得者优先。
，正常申报教授任职资格须取得副教授任职资格5年以上。不足上述任职资格年限须按破格条件进行申报。
㈡外语、电脑条件
按照《重庆市职称改革办公室关于调整全市专业技术人员职称外语、电脑考试及继续教育有关政策的通知》〔渝职改办〔2009〕290号〕有关规定执行。
㈢继续教育条件
按照《重庆市专业技术人员继续教育条例》有关要求，完成相应的继续教育规定学时。
