摘要
在现今社会, 企业内部“股东至上”的核心思想及其相应的单边治理措施其潜在缺陷日益突出,与此同时,人力资本的作用却逐渐加强,地位逐步上升。因此,现代企业所采取的治理模式越来越偏离“股东权益至上”的思想,而越来越重视企业的利益相关者。任何一个企业的规划发展都缺少不了利益相关者的支持和参与,如管理人员、股东、普通职工、消费者、供货商等。本文在分析了企业相关利益者投入与参与的重要性以及如何界定企业相关利益者的基础上,梳理了长久以来西方学者对利益相关者界定问题的探索过程,并针对企业利益相关者协同战略上的突出问题,研究提出企业应正视弱势群体的利益,搞好资源的优化配置,不仅要实现企业内部价值链各环节的协同、企业与外部价值链的协同、还要实现企业与社会、自然价值链的协同。这样,才有助于把企业建成与社会、。

ABSTRACT
In modern society, with the increasing inherent flaws of traditional "shareholder first" companies’ unilateral governance model and the increasing importance with rising status of human capital, the modern corporate governance gets further away from "shareholder first" logic while paying more and more intention to the investment and participation of stakeholders. Any one of pany's development is inseparable from the support or participation of different stakeholders, such as shareholders, managers, employees, consumers, suppliers and so on. This paper analyzes the importance of stakeholders’ input and participation as well as how to define stakeholders of a pany, on the basic of which it bs Western scholars’ exploring process of defining stakeholders since the 1960s and stresses panies should address the interests of vulnerable groups and do a good job of optimizing the allocation of resources according to the outstanding issues in stakeholders’ synergy strategy, so panies can realize the goal of synergy within the enterprises’ internal value chain, both internal and external collaborative value chain, social and natural value chain.
