[摘要] 目的探讨色氨酸和亮氨酸对机体运动能力的影响及其互相作用方法对小白鼠进行灌胃用药后观察小白鼠游泳持续时间。结果实验组与对照组有显著差异。结论色氨酸对小白鼠有明显的致疲劳作用,亮氨酸对小白鼠有明显的抗疲劳作用;色氨酸和亮氨酸同时作用对机体无较大影响

[Abstract] Objective To discuss the sole affection and the interaction of Tryptophan and Leucine to the moving ability of anism . Methods Perfuse the little mice with the solution of Trp and Leu. Then measure the constant swimming time of the mice. Results The control group and the experimental group have significant difference. Conclusions Trp has obvious effect of fatiguing the mice while Leu has the contrary effect. But when mixed, Trp and Leu hardly have any effects on the mice.

1 引言
氨基酸不但是体内合成蛋白质的原料,而且它还可以通过氧化分解提供能源,另外某些氨基酸还是体内的调节因子,在运动中,氨基酸也担负着重要的功能,多年来,对运动与氨基酸代谢的关系已有了不少的研究[1]。
支链氨基酸(BCAA,在本文中为亮氨酸)主要代谢场所是在肌肉,因此有人设想补充氨基酸可提高耐力和运动能力,并且观察到经过耐力训练的大鼠,在运动后血浆中BCAA浓度显著降低,长时间运动可引起游离氨基酸谱变化,并且有引起中枢疲劳的作用,补充BCAA可提高耐力和运动能力,减少中枢疲劳反应;但也有不同的实验报道,运动后BCAA在肌肉中的浓度没有变化,未观察到BCAA可提高运动能力的结果[2]。
