施工组织设计的概念
一个建设工程的施工，可以有不同的施工顺序；每一个施工过程可以采用不同的施工方案；每一种构件可以采用不同的生产方式；每一种运输工作可以采用不同的方式和工具；现场施工机械、各种堆物、临时设施和水电线路等可以有不同的布置方案；开工前的一系列施工准备工作可以用不同的方法进行。不同的施工方案，其效果是不一样的。施工组织设计是指针对拟建的工程工程，在开工前针对工程本身特点和工地具体情况，按照工程的要求，对所需的施工劳动力、施工材料、施工机具和施工临时设施，经过科学计算、精心比照及合理的安排后编制出的一套在时间和空间上进行合理施工的战略部署文件 [1～3] 。通常由一份施工组织设计说明书、一张工程方案进度表、一套施工现场平面布置图组成。施工组织设计是工程施工的组织方案，是指导施工准备和组织施工的全面性技术经济文件，是现场施工的指导性文件。由于建筑产品的多样性，每项工程都必须单独编制施工组织设计，施工组织设计经审批通过前方可施工。
