[摘要] 目的观察苦瓜提取物对糖尿病大鼠血糖的影响。方法 Wistar大鼠分为正常对照组,糖尿病对照组,糖尿病高剂量治疗组和糖尿病低剂量治疗组。用灌胃法给予苦瓜提取物,检测1周后大鼠血糖的变化。结果糖尿病高剂量治疗组较糖尿病对照组血糖显著下降,低剂量的变化不明显。结论高剂量苦瓜提取物有降低血糖的作用。

[Abstract] Objective To observe the effect of extract of charantia on blood sugar in experimental diabetic rats. Methods The following groups of rats were studied: normal control rats, diabetic control rats, diabetic rats treated with extract of charantia (300mg/() ) and diabetic rats treated with extract of charantia (3mg/()). After giving extract of charantia by the gut for a week, blood sugar was observed. Results Blood sugar of diabetic rats treated with extract of charantia (300mg/() ) was significantly lower than that of diabetic untreated group (p<). The change of blood sugar of low dose group was not obvious. Conclusions The results suggested that extract of charantia (high dose) can reduce blood sugar in diabetic rats.

祖国传统医学记载苦瓜具有清暑涤热,明目,解毒之功用,可治热病烦渴引饮,中暑,痢疾,赤眼疼痛,痈肿丹毒,恶疮。
