文档介绍：辽宁地税网上报税系统操作手册
County continuation records has examined and approved the draft, spirit, believe, comprehensive 用户（CA）指购买“辽宁数字证书认证管理有限公司” CA数字安全证书的纳税人，此类纳税人在网络安全上更加可靠，数据传递上更加隐秘，可以通过网上报税系统的划款功能进行税费款缴纳。“普通用户（非CA）”类型纳税人，只能通过网上报税系统进行申报而不能进行划款操作，此类纳税人申报后仍需到主管地税机关办税服务厅报送纸质申报表和办理缴款业务。
本章节将对各功能模块逐一进行介绍。
系统布局
网上报税系统总体分为三个区域：控制区、功能导航区、操作区，如下图所示：

控制区
控制区位于整个页面的顶部，主要包含系统标题及帮助、修改密码、退出等三个功能按钮。
功能区
功能导航区位于网上报税系统控制区下方左侧狭长部分，提供整个系统的功能列表。主要分为“综合申报缴纳”和“查询维护”两个部分，其中综合申报缴纳又分为“在线报表录入”、“离线报表录入”、“正式申报”、“网上划缴税款”等四个部分。具体如下图所示：

查询维护区
操作区
操作区是整个系统信息展示、报表填写的区域，占据系统控制区下方右侧区域，在系统登录后提供信息提示和报表填写与查询等操作空间。
在线报表录入
纳税人通过在线报表录入模块，可在互联网登录状态下，在线完成当期申报、补缴往期申报、委托代征申报、代扣代缴申报等多种申报形式的相关报表填写。所有报表的录入在
