文档介绍：集装箱班轮企业竞争力分析摘要当今世界80%的货物贸易是通过海运完成的,其中50%是通过集装箱班轮运输实现的。因此,我国发展集装箱班轮运输,一方面对我国货物贸易发展具有促进作用,另外一方面,集装箱班轮运输作为服务贸易的一部分,本身也是我国需要大力发展的行业。本文通过研究集装箱班轮运输竞争力的构成,对培育和提高我国集装箱班轮运输行业竞争能力有重要意义。本文首先从企业竞争力的内涵出发,探讨了企业竞争力的基础理论和影响企业竞争力的因素。接着对世界国际集装箱班轮市场竞争环境以及市场发展状况这两个竞争力的外部影响因素进行分析。然后,结合集装箱班轮的特点,认为市场控制能力、经营管理能力和持续发展能力是影响集装箱班轮运输的三大内部影响因素。以此出发,本文建立起一套用来衡量集装箱班轮企业竞争力的指标体系,共有指标23项。在此基础上本文运用层次分析法确定了指标权重,并利用综合指数评价法对十家世界集装箱班轮运输企业竞争力进行排序。最后,本文针对我国集装箱班轮企业中远集运和中海集运的一些较弱竞争因素提出一些对策建议,以期提高我国集装箱班轮企业的竞争能力。关键词:集装箱班轮运输;竞争力;指标体系集装箱班轮企业竞争力分析 ABSTRACT Atpresent,80%of tradearound theworld iscarded away by marine among it,50%is realizedthrough container ,it's veryimportant for our country todevelop the container ’S because it can not only help to promote our tradeofgoods butalsodevelop tradeofservice aswellsinceititselfis akindof service. Inthisarticle,I startedfromgoing petitiveness theoriesand thencarried on theanalysis ofworld container linershipping environments which include freight volume, price ofship-renting, based on container linershipping industry’S characteristicand sixprinciples ofsetting indicator system,I summarize three key parts asprimary factors petitive ability with 23 indicators are enterprise’S market control ability,management and operation abilityand sustainable development using the analytic hierarchy process togettarget weight,I applied mechanical weighs of factors tothe indicator panies assamples,1 was able to use thefactors toget rank the panies ,I parative weak factors oftwo Chinese pany-COSCON and CSCL and offered some suggestions for futuredevelopment ofthe two enterprises as well asother panies believed thatthepolicy Isuggested may be ofsome use toChina container linershipping industry.
