文档介绍:摘要锅炉广泛应用于生产和生活的各个领域中,对工业生产和人民生活都产生很大的影响。随着我国改革开放的不断深化,城市建设的蓬勃发展、国家对环保工作提出更高要求及油气资源的大力开发,燃油燃气锅炉的推广与应用逐年上升, 燃油燃气锅炉逐渐被普遍应用。但在燃油燃气锅炉的适用率不断上升的情况下, 锅炉中焊接工程的失效和恶性事故,国内的发生率也在不断上升。如锅炉的爆炸、燃油燃气泄漏,受压元件失效等重大事故,很多是由于焊接接头质量问题造成的, 而在多数事故中主要是受压元件失效或者不符合要求所导致的。因此,燃油燃气锅炉受压元件的焊接和焊接工艺设计已成为锅炉产品制造的关键制造工艺,必须充分重视焊接工艺并对焊接工程进行严格的全程控制,以保证其质量。燃油燃气锅炉中的受压元件焊接是锅炉制造生产中的一道关键工序,而正确的焊接工艺是提高锅炉质量及质量保证的基础。为确保人民生命安全和财产安全, 提高锅炉制造生产企业的经营效益,国家、企业和设计人员必须重视焊接工艺, 焊接工艺评定,制定严格的操作规程,加强对焊接工艺各个阶段所涉及的人、设备、材料和规章制度的控制和监管,严格执行焊接工艺规程是关键所在。本文就 --YCQT 型锅炉受压元件焊接工艺, 从锅炉发展,锅炉分类,锅炉组成,锅炉选材,锅炉受压元件的焊接工艺制定以及焊接工艺检验做了基本介绍和基本分析。总之,在锅炉生产中要重视受压元件的焊接和焊接工艺制定,才能确保锅炉的安全性和使用性能。关键词: WNS 型锅炉;受压元件;焊接工艺;焊接; ABSTRACT Boilers are widely used in various fields of production and life, have a huge impact on industrial production and people's lives.
