文档介绍:关于模块化多电平换流器的关键问题研究综述论文曾芃富(北京师范大学珠海分校信息技术学院,广东珠海 519087 ) 摘要: 模块化多电平换流器(Modular Multilevel Converter,MMC) 是一种新型的电压变换电路,它通过将多个子模块级联的方式,可以叠加输出很高的电压,并且还具有输出谐波少、模块化程度高等特点,因而在电力系统中具有广泛的应用前景。 MMC 具有模化的结构优势, 弥补了传统多电平变换器的不足。相对于传统多电平变换器而言,MMC 具有谐波含量少、开关损耗低、故障穿越能力强等特点。本文首先从 MMC 的拓扑结构和工作原理入手, 分析了 MMC 的技术特点。其次, 根据当前国内外的相关理论研究,对 MMC 主电路建模、参数设计、调制策略以及子模块电容均压策略等关键问题进行了对比分析。最后, 本文对 MMC 的前景进行了展望。关键词: 模块化多电平变换器; 拓扑结构原理; 主电路建模; 参数设计; 调制策略; 电容均压策略 A summa of key issues for modular multilevel converter Zeng Peng Fu (BeiJing normal university Zhuhai campus,IT college,Guangdong ZhuHai 519087,China) Abstract : The modular multilevel converter (MMC) isa new type of voltage transformation circuit, it uses multiple sub module cascaded manner, can output high voltage superposition, and also has less distorted output, modular degree higher characteristic, so it has wide application prospect in electrical power system. Because of its modular structure advantages,MMC make up the lack of traditional multilevel converter. Compared with the traditional multilevel converter, MMC has theless harmonic content, low switching losses, strong fault ride-through ability and other characteristics. First, this article startfrom the MMC topology and working principle, analyzes the technical characteristics of the MMC. Secondly, according to the theory of the current domestic and international research, comparative analysis of the MMC main circuit modeling, parametric design, modulation strategy and sub-module capacitor average distribution voltage strategy and other key issues. Finally, this paper prospect for the prospects of the MMC.
