Abstract
[ ] The number of low ̄power wireless smart devices is rapidly increasingꎬ the research of their power consumption law is
benefit to optimize the corresponding power modulesꎬ as well as the basic design guidance of self ̄powered devices. A typical low ̄power
wireless Bluetooth device was developedꎬ two important parameters of wireless data throughput and operation duty cycle were defined
according to the characteristics of classical wireless devices. A general power consumption model based on these two parameters was
then established. The average power consumption of the Bluetooth device mentioned above was measured through using the developed
