腰果酚缩甲醛二乙烯三胺对环氧树脂固化的研究

摘要:研制了腰果酚缩甲醛二乙烯三胺( PCD) ;并对其固化环氧树脂( ER) 的形成过程以及产物 PCD ER 的
性能等进行研究. 结果表明,适量的二乙烯三胺([D] ≤7. 47 %) 与 PC 缩聚制得的 PCD ,其固化 ER 的产物,涂
膜理化性能、贮存稳定性较佳,尤其具有优异的耐酸、碱性能. 红外光谱结果表明,PC 中羟甲基先与多元胺中
氨基发生缩合反应,接着其侧链氧化交联聚合成 PCD ;PCD 固化 ER 的过程中环氧基开环与氨基活泼氢发生
加成反应,从而引起 PCD ER 的进一步交联聚合.

Abstract :An experimental st udy was made on t he process of anacardol aldehyde diet riamine
polymer’s ( PCD) solidifying epoxy resin and t he properties of t he product of t his p rocess ,PCD ER. The
result s showed t hat the PCD ER , obtained by the polycondensation between a proper quantity of di
et riamine ( ≤7. 47 %) and PC , has better p hysical and chemical properties in film , better stabili
