１ 总 则
为贯彻国家建筑节能政策，规范XPＳ板外墙外保温体系的设计、施工与质量验收，保证XPS板外墙外保温工程质量,制定本规程。
本规程适用于非抗震设计和设防烈度6度至8度抗震设计的新建、，ＸPＳ板外墙外保温体系的高度不宜超过100ｍ，当采用面砖饰面时，面砖饰面的高度不宜超过40m。
１． XＰＳ板外墙外保温体系,必须进行节能设计和抗风设计，必须采取有效措施阻止火势蔓延。
XPS板外墙外保温体系的设计、施工与质量验收，除应执行本规程外，尚应符合现行国家及辽宁省有关标准的规定.

2。1。１外墙保温专用挤塑板 ｒiｇid exｔｒuded polystyｒene foaｍ boarｄ
专指以聚苯乙烯树脂或其共聚物为主要成分，添加少量添加剂，通过加热挤塑成型的具有闭孔结构的、适合于外墙外保温体系专用的硬质泡沫塑料,简称挤塑板或XPＳ板。
