文档介绍:Abstract ABSTRACT With the development and realization ofindustrialization and urbanization, many citiesfacemore andmore ongestion has increasedly worsened andtheroad resource e unprecedented absence under theextensive increasing ofurban ,urban ongestion pricing,as a new method ofTransportation Demand Management(TDM),is presented toslower ongestion inthispaper. Although some cities applied urban congestion pricing strategy have demonstrated itsvalidity oftransportation management,the special concept and particular measure make government carefully bring intoeffectwidely,therefore, further research foritisespecially essential and paper put forward feasiblemodel andimplement countermeasure forcongestion pricing. Firstly,this paper has presented multi—class congestion pricing model and verified theexistence anduniqueness ofmodel resultunder this paper has substantiated through anexample thatmulti—class model call more practically simulate thetraffic situationafterimplementing congestion pricingthan single—class thispaper hasbrought forward multi-class second—optimize bi-levelplanning pricing model anditsarithmetic ofsingle·-leveland bi·· under elasticdemand,then hasdesigned puting best—pricing-area and best—pricing-ratioby means ofabove model and congestion pricing research resultofShanghai in--ringsingle··level road·-netandout·-ring bi—·levelroad--net consistent with ,the relation ofpricing-level and elastic index ofpricing model has been builtafterdealing with multi—model congestion pricing including public vehicleandrailway vehicle. Secondly'this paper has testifiedthatsingle—directionpricing way paring single—directionpricing way、double-direction pricingway、ring pricing way bined pricing thispaper hasanalyzed single--level road··net model sensitivity ofelasticindex、time—value、user-proportion andpricing scheme. —————————————竺塑生
