文档介绍：II摘要本文针对新时期我国私营企业发展实际,分析了当前我国私营企业思想政治工作途径中存在的问题,即思想政治工作途径缺乏创新,形式单一,内容枯燥,缺乏吸引力和感染力,思想政治工作机制不健全,工作体系没有形成,思想政治工作效果不理想。针对这些问题,本文力图对我国私营企业有效的思想政治工作途径开展探索。首先,本文探析在以人为本原则管理中渗透思想政治教育的途径,在以人为本原则管理中,把思想政治教育要求由“软”要求转化为“硬”约束,增强思想政治教育主客体之间的亲和力,从而增强思想政治教育效果。其次,将思想政治教育潜移默化,渗透到企业文化中,使思想政治工作成为有形、有情、有声、有效的实际工作。再者,利用网络的互动性、超时空性等改造传统的思想政治工作方式。除了对以上思想政治工作途径探析外,还应建立强有力的思想政治工作机制,加大其刚性约束力,减少其随机性和随意性。最后,指明思想政治工作途径创新的意义,除对于加强私营企业本身的思想政治工作外,还对于全社会的思想政治工作及巩固我国的经济基础和党的执政基础具有现实意义。关键词:私营企业思想政治工作途径;管理;企业文化;网络;机制IIIAbstract In view of the private enterprise development reality in our country in the new time, this article analyzes the current existing questions of ideological and political work way in the private enterprise, that is, the ideological and political work way lacks the innovation, the form is unitary, the content is arid, and the work itself lacks the attraction and the affection; The ideological and political work mechanism is not perfect, the work system has not been formed, the ideological and political work effect is not ideal.
