Abstract
Objective: To investigate the effects of bicyclol combined with magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate on
hepatic function and degree of live cirrhosis in patients with decompensated cirrhosis. Methods: 86 patients
with decompensated cirrhosis were selected and randomized into two groups, each with 43 patients. The
control group were treated with magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate, while the observation group received the
treatment of bicyclol plus magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate. Then the curative effect, and indexes of liver
function indexes and liver fibrosis of patients were compared between both groups. Results: After
treatment, the total efficient rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, which
