水电安装施工操作标准
一、进场施工前必须先测弹水平线。检查原有给排除万难水管是否畅通无堵，总阀启闭是否灵活严密〔对于关闭不严密的闸应要求业主联系物管及时调换成气密性强的截止阀〕；对厨卫地面做24h养水试验。查看原进户电源线径大小，线、电视线、宽带信息网线是否连接到位。
二、现场核对家具、电器、卫生洁具和插座开关的位置、尺寸及型号，如有不符可同房东商量，按实际情况适当调整。假设房东提出更改设计方案应及时告知施工员，以便施工员按章办理相关手续。
三、管道与洁具
1、管道施工前应先检查所选管材与管件与无异常，管道是否畅通。新敷水管应至水表箱，假设应特殊原因无法全部更换原水管时，利用原有管子的部分应对其做通水和加压试验，以确定有无堵塞渗漏等异常。有明显伤痕的管子不得使用，变形管口用专用工具整圆。切割应防止管子变形，管子切口的端面应与管子轴线垂直，切口处的毛刺等应及时清理干净。所有管材均用热水管。
