实 施 细 则
一、竞赛项目的规则和要求
（一）、体育项目
1、女子单人跳绳：每队派出参赛选手1—3人，以一分钟内跳绳次数决胜负，每个选手试跳三次，取其中最好成绩为准。
２、男子举重：每队派出参赛选手1—3人，抓举、挺举不限，以所举重量多少决胜负，每个选手在同一重量级上最多试举三次。
3、男子铅球：每队派出参赛选手1—3人，以所投掷距离远近决胜负，每个选手试投三次，取其中最好成绩为准。
4、男子水中憋气：每队派出参赛选手1—3人，参赛选手听口令同时将头浸入脸盆内水中，以憋气时间长短决胜负。
5、背妻短跑：每队派出参赛选手1—3对，参赛选手背着自己的妻子进行100米短跑，采取一轮淘汰二轮决赛办法。
6、男子掰手腕（限右手）：每队派出参赛选手1—3人，拿钩派对进行淘汰赛，每派对比赛按三打二胜决胜负。
