Faced with the transformation and high expectation the masses, How can we cast off our dependence on natural resource and get on the correct development route? In recently years we have been continuing to follow the scientific outlook on development combined with the city reality. We propose our typical approach to build happy homes for the public based on the following principles: one goal ( to build an all-round well-off life in advance and a beautiful YingCheng ); one orientation ( to build a resource-based and sustainable development demonstration city and important base of core growth plate of economic zone in central China; one new trail( '' two- prohibition and three-innovation " and four synchronized modernization) ; three bases ( new energy chemical industry, research and development of modern equipment manufacturing and tourist destination renowned at home and abroad).
