调研内容的具体分析及说明
为了掌握行业和企业烹饪专业专门人才的需求，人才规格，受教育程度，岗位能力以及相应的职业资格标准等信息对今后学校培养人才的教学模式、课程设置、培养的方式方法等情况做一个客观的准确判断，特对各家企业采用实地问卷和访谈的调查方式，现将调研内容做以下方面的说明及分析：
现阶段行业人才结构现状
通过对各个企业的调研，在行业人才结构现状方面的分析主要从职业资格证书、从业人员的学历层次、从事本行业人员的工作年龄三个方面进行调研，具体数据如以下表格：
