the two :The clinical efficacy of group B was higher than that of group A,and the difference was statistically signif-
icant（P＜）.The level of PaO2 after treatment in both groups was higher than that before treatment,and the level of PaCO2
was lower than before treatment,and the improvement in group B was significant,the difference was statistically significant（P＜
）.The proportion of grid shadow,honeycomb shadow,ground glass shadow and leaflet interval thickening after treatment in
both groups was lower than before treatment,and group B was lower than group A,the difference was statistically significant（P＜
）.The incidence of adverse reactions in group B was slightly higher than that in group A,but the difference was not statistical-
ly significant（P＞）.Conclusion:Prednisone,azathioprine combined with acetylcysteine is effective in the treatment of inter-
stitial can effectively improve lung ventilation function,improve pulmonary fibrosis,and has fewer adverse
