[摘要]
在城市高速发展的进程中,由于农村土地全部被征用,农村集体成员由农民身份转变为
居民身份后,仍居住在由原村改造而演变成的居民区,于是“城中村”出现了, 这个处于
一个尴尬禁地的住区,他们身于城市非城市,与城市融合度低,却又失去耕地,他们既向往
城市生活,却又畏惧新城市生活。
在这样的模式下,城中村成为为城市下层人口提供基本廉租住宅的场所。可以说,城中
村是中国城市化进程中一个城市必然包含的内容,是当代都市的一种基本“户型”,想低收
入阶层敞开更大的门。城市经济和社会平衡需要城中村。
我们通过实地调查、文献分析、案例分析等方法,对船房村住区做了一个策划。我们发
现,船房村与城市融合度差,建筑寿命短,且存在安全隐患。因此,我们提出了融入城市的
有机住区的方案策划,从而由新社区带动旧住区,促进船房村与城市互动,通过有机的住区
设计,使住区保持原有活力的同时注入新的城市活力。

[Abstract]
Due to all the rural land expropriation, " Urban village " appeareded,in the process of
rapid development of the , whose identities wre from the farmers of rural
collective identity into resident status, lived in the neighborhoods which the transformation
of the former village evolved munities, being located in urban, did
not belong to urban and hardly interacted with city .Villagers who lost their arable lands
aspired to city life, but feared the new city life.
The villages were places where the low-ers could get the basic low-rent
is indisputable that urban villages were the contents of a city in the
urbanization process in China .Urban villge was a kind of apartment for low-ers. The
balance of urban economic and social needed urban villages.
Through researching the field,doing the literature analysis,and studing cases, We
made the programming of the Chuan Fang munity. We found that the Chuan
Fang Village hardly interacted with city. The buildings were short-lived ,and posed a
safety hazard.
