文档介绍:田晓霞等:熔盐法合成CaBi2Nb2O9粉体· 1225 ·第38卷第7期BN/TiB2纳米–微米复合粉末的制备及表征龚雪,王为民,傅正义,王皓,王玉成,张金咏(武汉理工大学,材料复合新技术国家重点实验室,武汉 430070) 摘要:利用化学溶液法,于酒精、水混合溶液中溶解分散HBO和CO(NH),再加入TiB,干燥后热处理合成了BN/TiB纳米–微米复合粉末。通过差热–热重分析、X射线衍射和红外光谱分析,对合成产物进行了表征。结果表明:BN合成反应在700~1100℃之间完成,BN/TiB复合粉末经1500℃热处理时,非晶态BN向h-BN转化。利用扫描电镜、透射电镜分析了粉体复合前后的形貌及显微结构特征,结果表明:BN包覆在TiB颗粒表面获得了具有纳米–微米复合结构的BN/ TiB粉末。关键词:原位合成;二硼化钛/氮化硼复合粉体;包覆;热处理中图分类号:TB332 文献标志码:A 文章编号:0454–5648(2010)07–1225–04 FABRICATION OF TITANIUM POSITE POWDER COATED WITH NANO-SIZED BORON NITRIDE GONG Xue,WANG Weimin,FU Zhengyi,WANG Hao,WANG Yucheng,ZHANG Jinyong (State Key Laboratory of Advanced Technology for Materials Synthesis and Processing, Wuhan University of Technology, Wuhan 430070, China) Abstract: The particles of titanium diboride (TiB2) coated with nano-sized boron nitride (BN) were synthesized with a mixture of H3BO3 and CO(NH2)2 via a chemical reaction method. The products were characterized by differential scanning calorime-ters–thermogravimetric method, X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy and Fourier trans-form infrared spectroscopy. The results show that the effective reaction to synthesize BN occurs at 700–1100℃. After heating BN/posite powder at 1500℃, amorphous BN transformed into the h-BN.
