文档介绍:刘敬肖等:常压干燥制备TiO2–SiO2复合气凝胶的结构与性能· 2303 ·第38卷第12期YMnO3纳米颗粒的制备与表征王仕发1,2,杨华1,2,县涛1,2,姜金龙2,魏智强2,冯有才2,李瑞山2,冯旺军2(1. 兰州理工大学,甘肃省有色金属新材料省部共建国家重点实验室;2. 理学院,兰州 730050) 摘要:采用改进的丙烯酰***聚合凝胶法制备YMnO纳米颗粒。通过加入丙烯酰***使Y和Mn的无机盐水溶液成胶,在溶液成胶过程中,丙烯酰***聚合形成高分子网络骨架,为粒子提供生长的空间。利用X射线衍射、热重分析、差示扫描量热分析及红外光谱等多种手段研究干凝胶的热分解及YMnO的形成过程,结果表明:在800℃煅烧可获得高纯的YMnO粉体,比固相反应法合成YMnO降低了近300℃。扫描电镜观察显示:制得的YMnO粉体的粒度分布均匀,颗粒呈类球形。磁滞回线测量结果表明:YMnO纳米颗粒在室温具有微弱的铁磁性,这是其陶瓷样品所不具有的。关键词:锰酸钇;纳米颗粒;丙烯酰***凝胶法中图分类号:O469 文献标志码:A 文章编号:0454–5648(2010)12–2303–05 PREPARATION AND CHARACTERIZATION OF YMnO3 NANOPARTICLES WANG Shifa1,2,YANG Hua1,2,XIAN Tao2,JIANG Jinlong2,WEI Zhiqiang2,FENG Youcai2,LI Ruishan2,FENG Wangjun2(1. In this route, the aqueous solution of anic Y and Mn salt was gelled by using acrylamide; during the gelation process, acrylamide was polymerized to form a work, which provided a structural framework for the growth of particles.
