摘要
四班企业应用软件的设计目的是帮助中小型制造企业合理化其业务过程和提高效率,最终通过减少整体库存级别、提高库存周转率、加快现金回笼率和提高准时交货率来提高利润率。四班的软件运行在Microsoft SQL 服务器上,设计的架构便于快速实施,并由一整套完善的服务体系来支撑,以帮助客户达到目标。制造: 在运营方面,帮助客户管理从客户定制产品或配置产品到大批量重复制造的任何环境下的生产运作,让客户能查看完整的在制品(WIP)和车间运作情况。在计划方面,系统帮助客户生成准确的预测,然后高效地计划客户所有的资源来相应安排生产。系统在看板环境下也能支持精益生产,使过程流线型, 并且从根本上降低库存, 使管理费用最小。重复生产模块可实现对已到车间的库存物料的跟踪,以及根据父项的完成情况来处理车间库存子项的倒冲。

Abstract
The FourthShift enterprise applications are designed to help small to midsize manufacturing plants streamline their business processes and improve efficiency. The end result is increased profitability through reductions in overall inventory levels, higher inventory turns, faster cash collection, and improved on-time delivery performance. Running on Microsoft SQL Server and architected for rapid implementation, our software is backed up by a plement of service to help you achieve your : On the operations side, manages your production in any environment from customized or configured products to high-volume repetitive manufacturing, with full visibility of WIP and shop floor operations. On the planning side, the system helps you generate accurate forecasts and then efficiently schedule all of your resources to produce accordingly. Our system can also support lean manufacturing operations in a kanban environment - with or without MRP - using supply chain execution tools that enable you to increase throughput, streamline procurement and dramatically reduce inventory levels, all with minimal administrative overhead。Tracks inventory transferred to floor stock locations, and handles backflushing (or st-deduction) ponents in floor stock inventory based on pletion . The methods apply equally well to discrete manufacturers that bulk issue ponents and consume the floor stock upon reporting pletion.
