文档介绍：中国热带医学2015年第15卷第04期China Tropical Medicine,April2015,,·论著·吉西他滨联合奈达铂治疗晚期三阴乳腺癌的临床研究曹硕佛山第一人民医院乳腺肿瘤内科,广东佛山528000摘要:目的研究吉西他滨联合奈达铂对晚期三阴乳腺癌的治疗效果。方法收集2010年5月~2012年5月于佛山市第一人民医院就诊的晚期TNBC患者70例,将患者按绝经前后、转移部位以及首发还是复发来进行分组,采用Ridit分析患者的治疗效果,比较患者的疗效差异是否具有统计学意义。采用Kaplan-Meier建立无进展生存期曲线,利用Log-rank检验比较疗效具有统计学意义的患者的无进展生存期是否存在差异。结果比较患者的疗效差异,发现首发组和复发组患者的疗效差异具有统计学意义,置信区间没有存在重合部分。整体比较首发组和复发组患者的无进展生存期差异,发现复发者患者的无进展生存期较首发组短,P=,差异具有统计学意义。结论吉西他滨联合奈达铂对晚期三阴乳腺癌对首发组患者治疗效果明显。关键词:吉西他滨;奈达铂;三阴乳腺癌中图分类号::A文章编号:1009-9727(2015)04-463-03Clinical study on treatment of three negative breast cancer patients at advanced stage bined with nedaplatinCAO ShuoDepartment of Internal Medicine, Foshan Municipal FIrst People's Hospital , Foshan528000, Guangdong, .
