摘要
近年来我国的综合型建筑开始迅速的发展，城市的建设力度在不断的提高。综合型楼栋也如雨后春竹般在全国各地涌现出来。所谓综合建筑，就是具备多功能化、智能化、安全化于一体的大型建筑体。由此要求综合建筑有关电气设计方面需要进一步的提升。
本文以具体的设计方法结合实践工程对一座高四层外加地下车库的综合建筑进行电气设计。主要是依据国家各项关于电气设计的规范手册和说明。以规范为前提设计一座以10/，运用自动化系统，拥有智能消防系统的多功能、实用、安全可靠、造价低、智能环保的科研型综合大楼，以满足学校以及社会科研人员更好地进行科技研究的要求。

Abstract
In recent years, our country comprehensive construction develop rapidly, and urban construction is constantly improving. Comprehensive building all over the country. Integrated architecture is a large building which integrates multi-functional, intelligent and security. So it put forward higher requirements to comprehensive building electrical design.
In this paper, based on the specific design method combined with practical engineering of a four layer with higher comprehensive building electrical design of underground garage. This article is mainly on the basis of national on electrical design specification manuals and instructions. On the premise to design a specification is given priority to with 10/ kv power distribution design, use of automation system, intelligent fire control system of multi-function, practical, safe and reliable, low cost, intelligent environmental cu complex, to satisfy the school and social researchers the requirement of better science and technology research.

课题背景与意义
近年来,随着科技的不断进步、生产力的不断发展、经济的不断提高,我国的城市化进程也在不断加快，我国的综合建筑的发展也更加迅速。目前综合建筑对各项功能的要求越来越高,电力系统的保障是综合建筑正常运作的前提,由此可见供电的可靠性越来越重要。由于综合建筑对电力的依赖程度十分明显，所以在对综合性建筑的线路设计的可靠及对其负载能力的提高两方面显得尤为重要，因此建筑电气技术也需要进一步的发展。综合
