,标志着我国在处置垃圾焚烧飞灰技术方面达到了国际领先地位。积极研究城市污泥处置技术,琉水的城市污泥增钙热干化处置技术具有处置量大、处置成本低、环保、处置完全彻底等技术特点,做到了“减量化、资源化、无害化”，该技术已获得实用新型专利，发明专利申请已经被国家专利局受理。创新型低温余热发电国际领先，2007年琉水自主研发成功的创新型低温余热发电技术，平均吨熟料发电量在50千瓦时以上，处于国际领先水平。积极消纳火力发电厂粉煤灰、脱硫石膏、矿山石灰石废石、砂岩废渣、钢铁企业冶炼废渣、水渣、铁矿废渣，处置化工企业污染土、垃圾焚烧厂飞灰、污水处理厂污泥等多种形态和种类的废弃物，年处置量在110万吨以上。
