使用个人噪声计量计的抽样方法见GBZ/T -2007附录A。

工作场所无生产性热源，选择3个测点，取平均值；存在生产性热源，选择3～5测点，取平均值。
工作场所被隔离为不同热环境或通风环境，每个区域内设置2个测点，取平均值。

时间加权平均浓度（TWA）采样
在评价职业接触限值为时间加权平均容许浓度（PC-TWA）时，应选定有代表性的采样点，其中应包括空气中有害物质浓度最高的工作日。可选择个体采样或定点采样，长时间采样或短时间采样方法。以个体采样和长时间采样为主。
空气中有害物质8小时时间加权评价浓度按下式计算：
TWA=     mg/m3
式中：C——测得空气中有害物质浓度，mg/m3；
      T——劳动者在相应有害物质浓度下的工作时间，h。

可采用长时间采样方法或短时间采样方法采样。
用长时间采样方法的采样，以全工作日连续一次性采样为主；当采样仪器能够满足全工作日连续一次性采样时，可根据采样仪器的操作时间，在全工作日内进行2次或2次以上的采样（在每个工作班上下时段各采样1次以上，采样时间有害物质一般每次在2h以上，粉尘1h以上）。
用短时间采样方法的采样，则在空气中有害物质不同浓度的时段分别进行采样，并记录每个时段劳动者的工作时间，每次采样时间为15min。
建议：
①如果工作日浓度波动不大，采1个短时间；
②如果没长时间采样器，采4个短时间：上午、下午各采2个样；
③如果有长时间采样器，采3个样：2个短时间和1个长时间。
短时间接触浓度（STEL）或最高浓度（MC）的采样
应选定具有代表性的采样点，在一个工作日内空气中有害物质浓度最高的时段进行采样。

用定点的、短时间采样方法进行采样。采样时间最好为15min；采样时间不足15min时，可进行1次以上的采样（按15min时间加权平均浓度计算）。

用定点的、短时间采样方法进行采样。采样时间一般不超过15min；当劳动者实际接触时间不足15min时，按实际接触时间进行采样。
