一、积极开展深入学****实践科学发展观教育活动
根据肃南县卫生系统关于开展“深入学****实践科学发展观专项教育活动实施方案的具体要求，结合本单位实际，组织全所职工认真学****党的十七大、十七届三中全会精神、《科学发展观重要论述摘编》、卫生法律法规等基本知识。通过集中与自学相结合的形式开展学****教育活动，撰写学****体会20篇，使每位职工增强了服务意识，转变工作作风，提高办事效率和服务水平。
二、加强卫生法制建设，积极推进依法行政
   （一）完善卫生监督内部管理机制和运行机制，实现科学化、规范化管理。面对我县卫生监督执法工作地域辽阔，点多线长的实际，形成了局领导亲自抓、所领导具体抓的工作格局，进一步强化了所长、科主任和卫生监督人员“面、片、线、点”的卫生监督责任制。把卫生监督工作任务变为可量化考核的硬指标，做到科室职能明确，岗位责任到人，使各项卫生监督执法工作进一步向规范化、科学化、法制化的管理轨道迈进。为实现卫生监督“关口前移，重心下移”使卫生监督网络延伸到基层，规范乡村卫生监督工作，制定了《肃南县乡村卫生监督工作规范指导意见》。
（二）努力营造良好的卫生监督执法环境。针对社会普遍关注的食品卫生、饮水卫生、职业病危害、传染病管理及非法行医等热点问题和行政管理相对人的服务行为，我所前后6次对全县餐饮服务单位、中小学校食堂、公共场所的504名卫生管理人员和从业人员进行了相关知识培训。结
