犯罪侦查信息化的健康发展。三者问题的出现在一定程度上可以说是不可避免,既受到
传统观念的主观因素影响,也受到信息技术发展等方面的客观因素制约。但是只要我们
对这些问题予以高度重视,积极防治,就能将这些问题所带来的危害减到最小,从而为

Abstract
Since our country entered economic and social transition period, the official occupational
crime has become a multiple crimes. According to some corruption indicators which were
widely used in the world, corruption phenomenon is quite serious in China in the past 20
years. It is urgent to curb the trend of high incidence of official occupational crimes. In
addition to improving the official occupational crime detection power, we must innovate and
improve of the official occupational crime investigation methods, means and measures for a
bright future. It is the only way official occupational crime investigation work must be passed
to keep pace with the times and to enhance its ability to fight crimes.
Made of four parts, this paper is trying to take an in-depth look at informatization of
official occupational crime investigation, which helps us establish an accurate, unified, and
efficient official occupational crime investigation information system and help China's official
occupational crime investigation informatization develop well.
The first part is general problem research on the informatization of official occupational
crime investigation. The official occupational crime investigation informatization is the new
changes of procuratorial organs to deal with crimes in recent years and, therefore, in both
theory and practice to the official occupational crime investigation informatization related
