为了营造良好的整形美容氛围，提高中国整形美容行业的服务水平，在业内形成良好的资源互补、利益共享的商业环境，更好的推广整形活动;
2、乙方签署协议后，由甲方提供整形、光子项目资料及宣传画册等资料;
3、甲乙双方在利润分配或服务过程中产生的纠纷，本着友好合作的精神由
双方共同协商解决;经协商不能解决的，可要求仲裁或提起上诉。
4、本协议一式两份，甲乙双方各执一份，并由签字盖章之日起生效。
5、本协议有效期自_______年____月____日至______年____月____日止。
6、甲、乙任何一方有违反上述协议之行为，守约方有权终止本协议。 五、美容院必须在顾客到医院之前将顾客姓名和电话报唯罗纳工作人员备案或
由美容院一方亲自带到医院，方可算提成。
