摘要:房地产行业是个典型的资金密集型行业,不论是房地产开发还是物业经营都需要大量的资金支持,因此融资活动对房地产企业的发展就显得非常重要了。随着浙江房地产企业的持续高速发展和近年来政府对房地产业宏观调控力度的不断加大,房地产业融资问题逐渐暴露,成为影响浙江房地产企业发展的一个重要因素。
本文在分析浙江房地产企业发展现状的基础上,分析浙江房地产企业的融资现状,总结目前浙江房地产企业融资中存在的问题,提出解决目前浙江房地产企业融资困难的对策。

Abstract:The real estate industry is a typical capital-intensive industries, not only the real estate industry development but also property management requires a substantial financial support. Therefore, financing act is very important to the development of the real estate business. With the rapid development of the real estate enterprises in Zhejiang and the continuously increase the macro-control efforts of the government in recent years, the problems of real estate financing are exposed gradually. It is an important reason to impact the development of real estate enterprises in Zhejiang.
Base on the analysis of the current development of real estate enterprises in Zhejiang, I analyze the current financing of Zhengjiang real estate industry; also give the solutions to current difficulties in financing real estate enterprises in Zhejiang countermeasures.
