摘要:进入21世纪以来,中不断下降。在职业足球不断市场化的过程中,各个职业足球俱乐部不同程度地出现了亏损的情况,甚至有的俱乐部连年亏损,最终导致投资企业退出俱乐部,而有些俱乐部也不断易名甚至退出。职业足球俱乐部作为一类特殊的企业,其资产的管理不同于一般企业。在职业足球俱乐部的资产中,无形资产是俱乐部的主要资产,球员的人力资本是无形资产中重要的一项。正确计量、核算和管理俱乐部球员的人力资本,有助于提高俱乐部的资产效益与盈利水平。所以足球俱乐部要借鉴国外经验,用人力资本理论分析球员的人力资本价值构成以及特性来帮助俱乐部实现人力资本的保值增值。
本文在分析足球俱乐部发展状况及经营特征的基础上,借鉴国外俱乐部资产管理经验,总结国内足球俱乐部资产管理的现状和问题,提出进一步加强足球俱乐部资产管理的对策措施。

Abstract:Since the 21th century, the standard of Chinese football is declining. In the process mercialization, each professional er club is in loss on different level; even some clubs are loss every year. It eventually leads to that the business no longer to invest clubs, and the club constantly changes the name. The worst thing is that the club exits the professional league. Professional er club is a particular enterprise. Its asset management is different from the general enterprise. The intangible asset is the main asset for the professional er club. The player’s human capital is an important part of intangible asset. Taking a straight approach to measure the player’s human capital can increase the economic performance of enterprise. So the club must advise on the reference of developed country experiences and use the Human Capital Management to investigate the position of the player’s human capital, then the club can maintain and increase the value of assets.
This paper is based on the analysis of the er club development and management, also borrowing the experiences of foreign football clubs, and summary the er club asset management situation to solve the problems in asset management
