一般来说，线上会议活动，建议选择专业的直播平台。专业直播平台有云犀直播、微吼直播、目睹直播、微赞直播等。
除了专业直播平台，如果要实现连线互动的功能，建议配合使用会议平台，包括钉钉、腾讯会议、ZOOM等。
如果在会议过程中，有商品抢购秒杀的环节，则需要选择有商城的直播平台，如云犀、微赞等。一般来说，直播平台都会配置签到、互动等功能模块。当然会有一定的费用。如果是发红包之类的，平台会收取一定比例的手续费。

对于活动质量有一定要求，则必须依托于专业人员和设备，如自己有舞台和环境，需要准备1~3机位，导播台和专业的摄影老师，专业导播，推流工程师来协助完成。 对于场景有更高的要求，可以通过绿幕抠像加入到实景当中来，大大节省了制作成本和时间，缩短了场搭建时间，独有的设备技术，还可以实现异地互动虚拟直播、异地全息互动等特殊效果，呈现不同的现场背景，在有限的场地，展示无限视觉盛宴！

由于云年会的特殊形式，现场直接参与人数不多，年会仪式感被削弱。因此线上线下的年会宣传工作就显得尤为重要，建议提前两个月开始年会宣传工作。
