非居住建筑之间的间距：高层非居住建筑平行布置时，，且其最小值不应小于18米；高层非居住建筑与多层非居住建筑平行布置时的间距最小值不应小于13米；多层非居住建筑平行布置时的间距最小值不应小于10米；低层非居住建筑与高层、多层、低层非居住建筑平行布置时的间距按消防间距的规定控制，但最小值不应小于6米。以其他形式布置的非居住建筑的间距，按消防间距的规定控制。高度超过100米的超高层非居住建筑应在不小于本条款规定的前提下，综合考虑安全及城市设计等要求，合理确定建筑间距。

非居住建筑退让红线

非居住建筑退后用地红线和城市道路、河道、铁路两侧以及电力线路保护区范围的距离，应满足消防、地下管线、交通、防灾、通风、绿化和工程施工安全等方面的规范以及由城市规划管理部门批准的相关规划的要求。

非居住建筑相邻高速公路或快速路时，临道路一侧退后用地红线距离不宜小于15米；非居住建筑相邻城市干道时，临道路一侧退后用地红线距离不宜小于12米。
