文档介绍：D C338 学号2010208030北京市大兴区青云店镇观光农业发展研究Study on the Development of Tourism Agriculture in Beijing Qingyundian申请人:王钰学科门类:管理学学科专业:农业经济管理研究方向:农村综合发展指导教师:修长柏教授论文提交日期:二〇一三年六月摘要随着城乡一体化进程的不断发展,观光农业越来越受到人们的欢迎,久居都市的现代人渴望回归自然,呼吸新鲜空气,体验乡土文化,个性化休闲体验自然成为都市人的新宠儿,而郊区农民也能通过发展这一新型产业提高自己的收入水平。2011年农业部编制《全国休闲农业发展“十二五”规划》以引导休闲农业持续健康发展,而作为最早开始观光农业的城市之一,北京具有资源优势和良好的旅游发展前景,其观光农业地域布局呈现近郊、中郊平原区、远郊山区三大圈层结构。素有“京南门户”之城的大兴区利用其自然优势打造绿海甜园,让游客体验农家气息,享受农家成果。在观光农业发展方面,北京市大兴区青云店镇还处于起步阶段,但它将观光农业摆在重要位置,利用现有资源条件,因地制宜,科学规划,观光农业取得显著成效。本论文通过分析北京市大兴区青云店镇休闲观光农业发展的内外部环境,并针对供需双方进行问卷调查,发现发展过程中存在的问题,提出青云店镇可持续发展的一些对策和建议。全文主要分为六个部分:第一部分是引言,说明选题的研究背景,针对研究方法、研究意义以及论文的思路、框架进行阐述。第二部分是阐述观光农业的相关概念。第三部分分析了北京市大兴区观光农业的现状。第四部分运用SWOT分析法对北京市大兴区青云店镇的观光农业进行分析,发现存在的问题。第五部分对青云店镇观光农业的产品和市场进行调查,分析了游客的构成及相关需求,调查游客对现有观光园的满意度和认同感等,并针对调查发现的问题提出相应的营销对策。第六部分提出一些建设性建议。第七部分总结全文。关键词:观光农业;设施农业;战略选择;绿色营销Study on the Development of Tourism Agriculture in Beijing QingyundianAbstractWith the continuous development of the process of urbanization, tourism industry is more and more ed by the people living in the city, they desire to return to nature andrural farmers can improve e levels through the development of this new industry.
