2017 to September 2019 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into experimental group (n=46) and control group (n=52) accord-
ing to different treatment schemes. The experimental group was treated with mosapride citrate and magnesium aluminate combined with rabeprazole
sodium, and the control group was treated with mosapride citrate and magnesium aluminate combined with omeprazole. The symptom score, clinical
efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results Before treatment, there was no statistically significant
difference in symptom scores between the two groups; after treatment, the symptom scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment, and
the experimental group was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<). The total effective rate of treatment in
