。常用于甲状腺制剂，每日90～180毫克，疗程为3～6个月，停药后如有复发者可重复治疗。或用三碘甲状腺原氨酸，每日40～80微克，疗程同上。
。气郁血瘀，表现为瘿肿弥漫、质地较软、表面不红不热者，可选用四海舒郁丸加减(青木香10克、陈皮15克、海蛤粉6克、海藻30克、昆布30克、海螵蛸10克、青皮10克)以理气活血，舒郁消瘿;痰结血瘀，表现为瘿块肿大、软如棉馒、不红不热、或表面有青筋盘曲及小结节者，可选用海藻玉壶汤加减(海藻15克、陈皮15克、浙贝母10克、昆布15克、连翘10克、半夏10克、当归10克、海浮石15克、青皮10克)以化痰开郁，活血消瘿;肝火上炎，表现为瘿块肿大、红丝满布、口苦目赤、头晕易怒者，可选用栀子清肝汤加减(栀子10克、黄芩10克、海藻15克、夏枯草30克、香附10克、白芍10克、玫瑰花15克、浙贝母15克、青皮10克、当归10克)以清肝泻火，软坚散结。
