摘要:技术的发展,远程教育作为一种全新的教育方式和手段对传统的教育方式产生了深远的影响,它所具有的革命性的力量和其巨大的生命力以及它所带来的市场机会是有目共睹的。本文首先分析了远程教育的国内外现状,及其研究意义,在分析一些现有的远程教育系统的基础上,结合本校的具体情况,提出一个远程教育系统开发的设计方法,应用软件工程的理论对系统作了需求分析,设计了远程教育系统总体模块的规划,对系统的功能特征进行详细的分析和说明。

Abstract: With the development of the technique, the Tele-education as a new method of the education has made a deep influence to the traditional education method. This paper first analyze the present conditions and the study means of the Tele-education, And on the basis of the thing that it is systematic that analyze some existing Tele-education, combine the concrete conditions of this school, offers a design method to put forward a Tele-education system, and makes descriptions to the structure key element systematic and the function characteristic to the Tele-education system.

1引言
现代远程教育采用电视、录像及多媒体、视频交互系统、网上授课等教学手段,使得师生在时空分离的状态下进行多种形式的虚拟教学活动,构建起学生自主学习的全新教学模式。学生可以自行选择授课的教师、内容、时间、地点及教学媒体等,可以根据自身工作及课程的特点选择最适合自己的学习方式和途径。以人——机对话、交流为主要方式的自主学习模式取代了以师——生面对面授课为主要方式的传统学习模式,教师的作用也发生了根本性的变化,从过去知识的传授者转变为学生学习的指导者,从过去教学活动的组织者转变为学生学习的支持服务者。教师在传统教学活动中的主导地位转变为辅助地位,而学生则由过去的被动式学习转变为主动式学习,真正成为教学活动的主体。[7] [8]
远程教育也称为远距离教育 (Distance Learning,Distance Education)是指师生凭借媒体所进行的非面对面的教育。现代远程教育作为一种全新的教育方式和手
