腾冲县工商局干部管理强化“两个延伸”
腾冲县工商局在干部管理，特别是党员干部管理上进行了一些探索和尝试，强化干部管理“两个延伸”，效果比较明显。
第一个延伸是干部管理向八小时之外延伸。一是政治理论教育强调八小时以外自学，解放思想大讨论必学理论文章文献、廉政建设必读书目要求干部职工利用八小时以外自学，并作好读书笔记备查。此外，单位出资购买了《细节决定成败》、《办法总比困难多》等个人管理畅销书籍，要求干部每月熟读一本书，增强自我管理意识；二是鼓励干部职工参加自学考试，提升全局学历水平。去年以来，共有4名干部通过继续教育取得本科学历，7名干部取得大专学历；三是组织了3个兴趣活动小组。干部职工根据个人兴趣爱好，自发组织兴趣小组，局党组班子成员也参与其中，县局给予一定经费支持。3个兴趣活动小组分别是游泳兴趣小组、摄影兴趣小组、书画兴趣小组。各小
