[Abstract] Objective To analyze the clinical effect of tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained release capsules combined with celecoxib
capsules in the treatment of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS). Methods 70
patients with BPH and LUTS admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to July 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group (n
= 35) and experimental group (n = 35). The control group was treated with tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained release capsules, and the
experimental group was treated with celecoxib capsules on the basis of the control group. The treatment effect, AFR, PVR, IPSS score and
adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was %,
