大电流母线桥电磁激励振动与噪声数值分析

摘要: 针对低压2 大电流母线桥的降噪难题,建立了某型号母线桥的全三维数值模型,应用有限元
和边界元综合分析法2 ,对其进2行了振动声学数值计算. 计算过程中,以电磁场分析结果作为振动分
析外激励载荷,进行振动响应分析,再以振动响应计算结果作为声学边界条件,采用间接边界元法,
对母线桥声学特性进行了计算,计算结果与实验数据对比表明仿真模型和计算方法的有效性. 在此
基础上,根据仿真结果改进结构,实验验证其具有良好的降噪效果.

The Numerical Analysis of Vibration Based on ic Load
and Acoustic Characters for Heavy Current Bus Bar Bridge

Abstract : 3 D simulation model of heavy current bus bar bridge was constructed. Numerical analysis of vi
bration and acoustic characters was studied by using finite element met hod ( FEM) and boundary element
met hod (B EM) . First , t he ic force in t he system is taken as a load in t he vibration analysis
and t he vibration response characters are obtained. Then the vibration response characters are taken as
boundary conditions , t he acoustic characters of the bus bar bridge are calculated by using indirect B EM.
