摘要:本文基于实测轴头的垂向力、纵向力和测向力信号,和载荷分析软件 Tecware,通过对某车型在典型
地区道路和某试车场道路上实测得到的后桥载荷谱进行疲劳特性分析,得出各类道路经雨流统计的载荷特
性,进而将试车场各路段进行组合来等效模拟用户使用道路,并对用户道路与模拟后的试车场组合道路进
行多轴载荷损伤比较分析,验证两者间的等效关系。该等效对于在台架上可靠地复现实际道路载荷具有指
导意义,同时为优化设计试车场的实车的道路试验提供可靠依据。

Study on Road Equivalent Simulation Based on Loading Spectrums in Customer
Road and Proving Ground

Abstract: This analysis is based on signals of vertical, longitudinal and lateral forces and a loading-analysis
software, Tecware. Different loading spectrums of a certain car’s rear axle are collected and fatigue-analyzed
between loading spectra in typical roads and spectra in a certain proving ground to get rainflow characteristics of
different roads. Then different tracks of proving ground will be bined to simulate customer road.
Multiaxial damages to rear axle will pared between customer road and bined tracks in order to
prove the simulation credible. This kind of equivalence has a guiding significance of knowing about road situation
and reproducing real road load on test rig. Meanwhile a reliable and scientific basis has been provided for
optimizing road tests in proving ground.
