基于 LMS 的动态吸振器设计

摘要:动态吸振器是一种典型的主动振动控制系统,在汽车振动控制中得到广泛应用。在某车型开发
过程中,对动力总成右悬置车身连接点进行 IPI(Input Point Inertance)分析时,发现在特定频率下该连
接点具有较大的振动峰值。由于考虑该峰值由车身全局模态引起,考虑成本等因素,建议采用动态吸振
器进行主动控制。通过使用 的模态修改功能模块,对动态吸振器进行了安装位置、质量等分
析和设计,得到相对最优的设计方案。该设计方案能够在项目开发早期有效的指导设计部门对吸振器进
行布置和结构设计等工作。

Abstract:Dynamic vibration absorber is a representative active control system which is applied widely in vehicle vibration
control systems. In the process of vehicle development, a frequency scope of vibration peak was found according to the result of
the right mount IPI analysis. Because the vibration peak is caused by overall body mode, the dynamic vibration absorber is
suggested to control the vibration peak considering the cost and so on. With the function module of modal-based
modification predication, the installation position and mass of absorber are analyzed to obtain the optimized result. The result is
used to guide the arrangement and the structure design of absorber during the process of vehicle development.
