应用减振螺栓降低缸盖罩辐射噪声的仿真与验证

摘要:在对某四缸柴油机进行噪声分析时发现,其顶面噪声主要由缸盖罩辐射引起,峰值频
率为 2000Hz。采用自整机多体动力学分析得到的缸盖罩螺栓的位移响应作为激励,通过
ANSYS 有限元和 SYSNOISE 边界元分析可知缸盖罩紧固螺栓改为减振螺栓后,降噪效果明显,
并得到了实验的验证。

Simulation and Verification to Reduce Radiate Noise of Head Cover
Using Reduced Vibration Bolts

Abstract: It was found that the up noise of I4 engine was created by radiation of
head cover, and the peak value frequency was 2000Hz. Extracting the displacement responses
of joint bolts on head cover with multi body dynamics (MBD), then taking them as excitations for
the FE model of head cover, therefore, the reducing effect of noise on head cover was very evident
when the joint bolts were changed to reduced vibration bolts by using finite element
method(FEM) and boundary element method(BEM), then the experimental
verification was gained.

1 前言
据统计,表面辐射噪声约占发动机总噪声的 70%[1],油底壳、正时齿罩以及缸盖罩等罩
壳类零部件是主要的表面辐射噪声源,这些零部件均是固定在机体等刚性较大的结构上的,
由固定点传递振动,因此,可以通过隔振措施来降低振动能量的传递,进而降低罩壳类零部
件的振动响应。
2 柴油机整机声源定位
试验环境为半消声室(地面为反射平面),柴油机在标定工况下运转,转速为 3200r/min,
噪声按照 GB/T 1859-2000 中的噪声测定工程法标准进行声功率的测试以及 1 米声压级的测
试。同时对 1800~3200r/min 加速工况进行
