【摘要】用声品质来评价声音能够综合考虑声压水平和人的心理效应进行声学评价,能反映人们对于声音事件主观感受。
排气噪声声品质的优化不仅可以改善车外交通噪声从而提供相对安静舒适的居住生存环境,更重要的是可以减小对车内的
影响以提高乘客的乘坐舒适性。本文利用 LMS Test. Lab 软件对消声器结构修改方案在实车上进行了试验测试,并进一步
通过声学分析对声压级水平和声品质客观参量的前后变化进行了比较,最终确定出消声器最优方案,在实车上经验证满足
要求,达到最终声品质优化的目的。

Optimization research of car exhaust noise quality
using Testing Analysis Method

【Abstract】 Sound quality focuses much more on the sound perception characteristic by the human ear and subjective evaluation
of the passenger, and the optimization of the exhaust noise can not only reduce the traffic noise from outside which provides much
quieter environment, but also decrease the pressure level in the car which improves the fort of the passenger.
Modification scheme is analyzed through testing on the car with the help of LMS Test. lab, aiming at the change of sound quality
metrics emphasis on spectrum structure. And the final optimal design is proposed and validated that the aim of sound quality
optimization has been achieved and the scheme is finally accepted by pany.
