摘要:以发动机曲轴箱为例,给出一种复杂结构有限元模型合理性验证的方法。由 LMS Test. Lab 模态测试系统测得曲轴
箱的固有频率和振型,并对所得的模态参数的有效性进行了验证,再由 LMS Visual. Lab 相关分析模块对试验模态分析所得
模态参数与有限元计算得到的模态参数进行相关性分析,根据相关分析的结果,检验有限元模型的合理性,修改原始有限元
模型,以至得到更加真实可靠的发动机曲轴箱的有限元模型。为基于此有限元模型的动力学优化设计,故障诊断等奠定了基
础。

A Method for Validating the Reasonableness of
Complex Construction Finite Element Model

Abstract: Taking the crankcase as an example, a method about validate the reasonableness plex construction was put
forward .The natural frequencies and modes of the crankcase were tested by LMS Test. Lab systems and the reasonableness of those
modal parameters were validated .The correlation between the modal parameters that from testing and finite element analysis is
calculated by LMS Visual. Lab .Using the results of the modal correlation, the finite element model is modified furthermore, in order
to improve the precision of its simulating factual model. The accurate finite element model laid a strong foundation of its
optimization design and fault diagnosis.
